Background & Approach
As a Clinical Therapist with a Masters of Social Work, I work collaboratively, holistically and sincerely with individuals who share the counselling space with me.
The two central modalities I use in counselling sessions with clients are Internal Family System (IFS) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP).
I believe that everyone deserves to be heard, to be understood, and to have someone with them when the world doesn't feel safe. This is what life is about, and what matters to me - love, connection, and being right here with you.
